Hii Paresh!
For stage 1 of NTSE, there were many options for the language of the question paper from which you could select, such as, bengali, gujrati, hindi, English, punjabi, marathi, malayalam, telugu, Tamil, urdu, etc.,
But, for stage 2 of NTSE, it is said they the question paper will be available in hindi and english languages only. So, you need to prepare accordingly.
