See class 11th details are not even considered in NEET UG application form therefore it is optional but still if you are entering the details then it should be correct otherwise you should have not uploaded it.

Yes definitely you should correct the details of class 11th because incorrect details might put you into some complications in future and if you did not get the marksheet of class 11th then there is no need to upload it.
