According to the rules prescribed by National testing agency (NTA), Date of Birth in dd/mm/yyyy format as recorded in Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University certificate.
You filled wrong date of birth in application form so according to rules if DOB not matched with your secondary school examination certificate, candidature may be cancelled during document verification after counselling process.
Worrying about it does not resolve problem. Currently limited time is left for neet 2021, so you should be focusing on your preparation by revising the chapters and solve mock test as well as previous year question papers. It will help in improving scores and you can get a better college.
