                  I am here to help you with your question. I am sorry to inform you this you can't get a EAMCET rank this year i.e 2019 if  you failed in IPE. If you pass in your supply exam then again you have to attempt Eamcet in next year i.e 2020 and based on 2020 rank only you could join B TECH.

 But don't be disappointed. Try hard and give your best this time then you will definitely succeed.
