No there is no problem if you have filled 2nd application and payed for that form only. It is been stated that you must not write exam twice. If you do so you will be rejected. But if you have filled wrong date of birth and not payed there is no problem . Even if you have filled two application with payment you must write exam from either of the one admit card given. So it is not a problem for you.
