I understand that you are worried that you have not received any OTP to your mobile number and now to answer your question firstly check if you had mentioned the correct phone number as it has happened to be the primary cause of the discrepancy. If it is not the case then retry the entire process of mobile verification to see if that works and then if it doesn't then you should address this matter to the concerned authorities at the earliest through post and request them to register your number and complete the verification and expedite the entire process.
