Your session got expired becuase you must have not logged out of it. And, since you have logged in after a day, this is the reason its showing session expired.

I would suggest you to try filling another application form and fill the application form before 11:59 PM after which the application fee will increase to Rs. 2000 for the General/OBC candidates and Rs. 1250 for the SC/ST/Women candidates.
