It is mentioned in the prospectus very clearly that the image you will upload must be taken on or after 31st january 2019 So you are suggested to upload image which will be taken after 31st january.
Also it is suggested that the photo uploaded must be in the prescribed format only i.e you must have a placecard in your hand in the picture and your name and date of the picture must be written on it.
If you have uploaded an image not of the prescribed format it is suggested that you change it. If the application is submitted it is not possible to make any changes, you will have to fill a new application and on successful submission of new application the old one will stand cancelled.
