As per previous year merit list and cut off , a score of 493 and UR Category will fetch a state rank of  around 5700-6000. According to which you may get the following private MBBS colleges -

American International Institute of Medical Sciences, Bedwas

Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur

National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jaipur

Apart from these you will also be eligible for BDS seats.

A score of 493 cannot fetch goverment MBBS seats easily in Rajasthan as cut off go high.
