sorry to say but with such low percentage i would not suggest you to go for engineering and as far as i know no good college would give you admission at such low percentage , if your interest really lies in the field of engineering then only think to go for engineering track , i do not know reason of low grades it might be of some bad circumstances , however forgive me if i am being harsh but no one gonna to reasons , so if really you have good hand in maths and physics then engineering would be your cup of tea.
