With 108 rank in Cee you will definitely get CSE,  Or ECE as some of aspirants will go for NITs and iit and some will go VIT,  BITS pilani,  MIT,  Tolani,  and other colleges
And there are 420 seats in AEC so you will definitely get the admission in your desired field

Yes, you can get a seat in your desired branch but it depends on the number of seat intakes by the college. Last year AEC had 420 seat intakes maybe this year it increases. 

I think you are eligible for a seat in computer science engineering oECE, so go for it.
