There is 85% reservation in IPU for candidates from Delhi and hence you require good rank to get through IPU if you're from outside Delhi. However, you do have slight chances of admission in the average colleges of IPU like Fairfield, Raj Kumar Goel etc. You need to wait for the final rounds of counselling to know your chance.
