Sorry but you have not mentioned your state and category , it is important as different states have different cutoffs but your marks are too low for getting a government college seat in mbbs as it requires marks above 530+ to be on the safer side . You can either take admission in private college in mbbs or apply for other courses like bams, bhms and physiotherapy,  there are chances that you might get a government seat there so do apply for the counseling and hope for the best .

You have not mentioned whether you are interested in MBBS or BDS and whether you have any category reservations.

Based on your marks and previous year cutoff I am sorry to say that it will be difficult to get in to a Government college for MBBS through AIQ quota if you are of the General category. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.

You can comment which state you are looking for and whether you are interested in MBBS or BDS.
