Hi Aspirant,

As you haven't mentioned your caste or category so it's little difficult to tell . But if you are from general category then it's hard to get a government seat for MBBS in medical college . For OBC there are little chances and for other reserve caste at 483 marks in NEEt there is very good chances of you getting government colleges. Now it depends on your category for getting admission in government college's. And for private college's you can easily get a top private college at this marks.
