It is difficult to say whether you will be qualify or not with this marks for jee advance.As this percentile marks not percentage marks,also NTA declares percentile marks different for different session because as level of paper in every session is not same.This percentile marks only indicate percentage of candidate that score equal to less than raw score of particular candidate in that session.According to your card  that particular candidate will be you.
So wait till NTA declares raw score and cut off marks.
