Hi, I'm sorry to inform that no college that accepts nchmct exam offers a degree course in culinary arts. They only offer Diploma in food production and craftsmanship certificate course in food and beverage service.
But I have a list of other colleges in Delhi that offer degree courses in culinary arts or catering services.

Indian School of hospitality BHM (BA hons in culinary arts)

Institute of hotel management and catering science (BBA hotel management and catering sciences)

UEI global, faridabad (BA in hospitality management with culinary specialization)

Vedatya institute, Gurgaon (programme in international culinary arts) it's a full time certificate course for a duration of 3 years

UEI global, Delhi, Rohini (B.Sc in catering sciences and hospitality management)

International institute of culinary arts, new Delhi, hauz khas (degree in culinary arts)
