Hello Akhilesh

Yes ,you can there are two entries named technical entries.

Navy and army technical entries which shortlist candidates by thier Percentage and cutoff is 83 percentage. Your percent can be a problem.

And if your age is less than 19.5 then you can also write nda exam.
