Congratulations on your JEE Rank. According to previous year cutoffs and trends the minimum general cutoff rank for lowest NITs in last round is around 45,500 -48,500 in other state quota as well as the data is little bit high for different HOME state quota.

But with your percentile you CRL would be around 144854 - 177004 which is far from the range mentioned above.Hence, it would be impossible for you to get into any NIT,IIIT or GFTI. But you can try your luck in CSAB special counseling.
