B. Tech OUAT has an approximately low cut-off in comparison of other competitive examinations you may appear. It changes every year with great fluctuation rates depending on the number of participants which changes alot every year. Being on a safer side 60-70% marks of total marks is enough.

for OUAT exam you have to score 50% marks for general category and 40% mark for sc/st in 12th class with science stream.
