According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off changes every year depending upon a lot of factors such as no of applicants , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity , since you have not specified any specific category i am assuming it to be general, for general category last year cut off rank was 1353 against a percentile score of 99.6469040 so you might not get aiims if from general category acc to previous years cut off analysis, though you might get a seat if from sc/st category .
