Yes, You can apply.

As per the eligibility, an appearing student can apply for both NEET or AIIMS Entrance Exam. If you wish to apply for Improvement exam, in the same year also you are eligible to apply, Only you should have your all the required documents at the time of counseling. But, do keep in mind that the minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%. But you will be eligible for JIPMER with this percentage.
