You have decent chances of getting a seat in any of the AIIMS .The total seats in AIIMS is around 1200 out of which 180  seats are reserved for SC category . So you will get a seat by the mop up round if not in the second round of counselling.

Yes , you can get admission with this rank easily , according to last year's data , there is possibility of every AIIMS except AIIMS delhi and jdhpur because they have ranks in the range of 1000s and you have rank 8641 , else all the insttutes have the rank in your rank range only.
