To be eligible to get full fee reimbursement if you join in a course based on TS EAMCET score under convener quota then you must belong to SC/ST category with family's annual income Two lakhs or below. If you fulfill the given criteria you will be eligible for full fee reimbursement provided no one in the family must be a Government Employee.

If you do not belong to SC/ST category but belongs to BC/EBC/Minority living in Urban area with family's annual income Two lakhs or below or living in Rural area with family's annual income One Lakh Fifty Thousand or below then you are eligible to get Partial fee Reimbursement of Rs. 35,000 or the tuition fee of the institute whichever is lower. Provided no member in the family must be a Government Employee.

So, the eligibility criteria full fee reimbursement depends on the category, family 's annual income and the occupation of the family members rather on the institute in which you have completed your prior study.
