As you have studied your +2 or equivalent course in Bangalore, it doesn't matter of being local in Andhra Pradesh.If you have your local ration card or aadhar card certifying that you are native of Andhra Pradesh ,then you are local at Andhra Pradesh .But in case ,you have your address proof /id card of Karnataka,then you are not local at Andhra Pradesh .and in this case ,you need to either change your address in those address proof and get a residential certificate duly signed by the municipal corporation of current place .
