Yes, you are eligible to take test.
Candidates must be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or must be Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders.

Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates should satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974.

To be eligible for EAMCET one must meet following criteria:-

• Candidates must complete 16years of age or more on December31st, 2018.
• Candidates must be of Indian national or Overseas Citizen of India
• Candidates must possess domicile from Andhra pradesh or Telangana.
• Must have passed class 12th with PCM with Minimum 45% aggregate marks.
• For SC/ST category, 40% aggregate marks is Minimum.

• If you meet above laid criteria you are qualified enough to appear for EAMCET for Engineering Admission.
