hey,

in general you may get the domicile certificate of tamil nadu if your parents are living or a permanent resident of tamil nadu more than of 6 years.

however rules can be changed from exam to exam. so please follow the criteria mention in information bulletin.

Which exam are you enquiring in regards to. Because domicile rules change from exam to exam.
