according to eligibility criteria you should have passed your 4 years degree programme or must be in the last year to give the exam , so i dont you can give the paper.

You can give CAT after 2 year, when you reach 4th year of your graduation. 

Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply
