If you have your research synopsis and have not submitted it ,then please talk to the concerned authorities regarding the same matter. Sometimes,we feel that what is done cannot be undone but things can be sorted through asking . So please inform regarding the same to the concerned authorities of the University you have applied to,at the earliest as that will make a huge impact on your selection . If you do it much before the date of selection then there shall be time for review and the selection board will be able to review it thoroughly. All the best!!
