You have not mentioned the college in which you took admission. But you will be given admission if you are eligible so it means that you have already fulfilled the eligibility criteria. Since you are appearing in improvement exam you won't face any problem because you already must have scored the minimum percentage required. It is better to once enquire in your college regarding this issue.
