Such glitches may happen sometimes do not worry about it. If your school name is not coming then please check for spelling mistakes in your entry if it's alright then in most of the application there is an 'others' option you can select that.

Secondly if you want to change your current academic year you can edit it directly. If you have saved it and it's non editable then that is an issue but in most of the cases I think it should be editable.

If application are closed already then you can edit it during correction window. So, keep checking the website for dates related to this and please be focused from next time while filing your forms.
