Hello student I request you to please help me with the School /college of which you've missed the application Form for class 12 so that I can check and provide you with the exact information. In case if you've missed the application Form for one particular institute you can apply for another nearby CBSE, state board.

You can also apply for NIOS board in case if there's no option available.
