Hello,

If you uploaded your DigiLocker 10th marksheet for NEET 2025 , and it shows "sign not verified" , it may still be acceptable , as DigiLocker documents are government-issued.

For confirmation, you can contact NTA Helpdesk (011-40759000, neet@nta.ac.in ) .

Hope it helps !

Hello Prerna,

If the NEET 2025 application shows that the DigiLocker 10th marksheet is "not verified," it could be due to a technical issue with DigiLocker or the file format. However, NTA generally accepts DigiLocker-issued documents if they are properly generated and signed.

Here is what you can do:

  • If the document is showing as "not verified" but you haven’t received any mail from NTA, wait for the correction window.

  • During the correction window, you can re-upload the properly signed DigiLocker marksheet or upload a scanned copy of the original marksheet from your school board.

    Important:
  • If the correction window is not available or the error persists, contact NTA through their helpline or email to clarify the issue.

  • NTA usually accepts DigiLocker documents if they are correctly verified, so if no mail is received, it’s likely not a major issue.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, then feel free to share your questions with us, we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

If you've uploaded your 10th marksheet from DigiLocker and it shows "Sign not verified," it's likely due to a technical issue or mismatch in the digital signature.

NTA Acceptance

NTA may still accept your application, but it's essential to clarify this with them to avoid any last-minute issues.

No Mail from NTA

Since you haven't received any mail from NTA regarding this issue, you can:

1. Contact NTA Customer Support: Reach out to NTA's customer support via phone (011-40759000) or email (mailto:neet@nta.ac.in) to inquire about the status of your application.

2. Re-upload the Document (if necessary): If NTA advises, you can re-upload your 10th marksheet from DigiLocker to ensure it's verified correctly.

Keep in mind that NTA may verify documents at any stage, so it's crucial to ensure everything is in order.
