That is not sure. You should have provided the marksheet after making it unlocked.
If you provide a password protected document then how they will open and verify it.
Better to visit the help desk of COMEDK and ask to guide you to solve the issue.
They are the authorised person to help you out  from the issue.
Write a mail mentioning your problem and ask them to guide step by step. Else make a call and clear your doubt.
