In AMU official website they have not specified any instructions regarding the date of category certificate issue.It must be issued by Naib Thasildhar/Deputy collector or higher divisional officer.If you have recent valid category certificate you can upload that.If you do not have the category certificate which is taken recently then it is okay to upload the category certificate issued in the year 2016.
