Y ou can remove the discrepancies in uploaded images during NEET correction window which will be live once the application process gets completed i.e. after May 6th, 2022 so if you have already submitted the application form then I would recommend you to wait for correction window

I would recommend you to fill-up a new application form with new number and e-mail ID.
