There would be absolutely no problems if you slide through the all rounds in JoSSA counselling. As you no in float option a candidate accept the the currently allotted seat and is desired for any upgrade to the higher preferences. So even if you are allocated a new seat you can keep the originally alloted seat enact and select float for further rounds.

Please note that at the end of last round you will have the option of either freeze the option or opt out of counselling with withdrawing your candidature.
