Hello Aspirant ,

If you have good enough understanding of NCERTs then this should be sufficient enough to get 160+ marks in NEET UG examination provided you solve atleast 10 years previous year question(PYQ) as they will give you good enough understading of the type of questions that can be asked in your NEET examination.

Some you will find same questions with different values and that question will be free marks for you as you have done that in past .
