Yes,  Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) does offer MLT (Medical Lab Tech.) diploma course. There is an intake capacity of 20 seats in HIMS for MLT diploma course. 

The admissions to HIMS MLT course will be taken through Karnataka Paramedical Board (PMB) State level counselling. The registration forms for the same are likely to be released in the month of June 2018. You will have to apply for taking admission in any paramedical course in government colleges in Karnataka through PMB registration forms.
