According to me you should join Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology Thiruvananthapuram. It is the best institute for studying aerospace engineering. To get there you should clear JEE Advanced and apply there. The admission depends on rank list prepared by the institute authorities. Then you can apply for SRM as well as Punjabi University which also provide good environment for studying aerospace engineering.

The best colleges for aerospace engineering in insta are ofcourse the iits. IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur etc. Some others are SRM University, MIT Manipal, RV College Banglore etc.
