First of all I would like to tell you that there's no perfect time table , a good time table  varies from person to person as there are some who likes to study in night while some prefer reading early morning.  Some may complete a chapter in 3 hours while some may  a need a day to complete the same chapter.
So first analyse your needs and duration of time available to you and subjects you are weak in and then considering these things,  make your own time table and strictly follow it.
