The best method for revision of physics is to solve the question. Physics is totally based on the numericals so you have to practice more and more question , you can prefer your class notes too which is very helpful for you.If you are not comfortable with your note then make it easier like you can convert it into short notes. You can solve  numericals with the help of previous year question, model paper etc.

Separate the problemtic chapters and theory chapters. 1st make a quick read theory chapters, I repeat only reading. Then write the important formulas and check those properly of problemtic chapters. Before the exam day sleep at least 6-8 hours minimum. Then go for it.
