see if you want to change your college, this might not possible , since 5th semester is the final year and most of the colleges do not take admission in middle of semester, due to covid 19 the admission is delaying in all college as well as new comers and old batches students. you did not mention about any college name. I suggest you to check the official website of colleges for admission details.
