Hi, Nanotechnology is a branch of technology that deals with tolerance of 100 nanometers and the manipulation of individual atoms and molecules. Micro technology deals with technology that uses micro electronics. The difference between both is:
1. Nano is newer than micro and more research is done across the world on it.
2. Some production processes which were earlier belonged to micro technology, now have further scaled down and now belong to nanotechnology.
3. Volume of nano is higher and are more reactive than micro technology.
Hope this helps you.
