May be there is an typing mistake that is, it is not BPH it is BPT course.

The candidates should have pursued the science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their main Subjects. A Minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent at 10+2th level is mandatory for admission in this course. Some universities in India conduct an entrance test for admission students for BPT course.
