The process is same till the Entrance Exam, i.e you will have appear for NEET. But after that the path changes. Now you will have to Select a particular country in which you want to study keeping the Diplomatic Relations with that country in mind. Then you have to apply for the colleges with your Application form, fulfilling all the basic Eligibility Criteria like age, min. marks in 12th and NEET marks.

After getting confirmation letter apply for the visa.
