to take admission in KVS in 9th standard here are the following criteria you have to consider :-

eligibility criteria -

• age - you must 13 - 15 years as of 31st march of the admission year.
• educational qualification - you should have passed class 8th from a recognised  school .

admission process

check on vacancies - KV primarily admits students from class 1. admission to class 9th depends on the vacant seats in particular KV .

online application form - when KVS release the admission notification (usually in February - march) visit the official website and fill the online application form .

entrance exam - admission in class 9th is based on a written entrance test covering the following subjects - English , Hindi , mathematics , science , social science ,

you must score atleast 33% marks in these subjects .

merit list and admission

• Based on the entrance test performance , KVS. will release the merit list .
• selected candidates will need to submit the document for verification .

documents required

• birth certificate
• previous class passing mark sheet
• transfer certificate from previous school
• caste certificate ( if applicable)
• address proof .
