To change your middle name in your Aadhaar card , you need the following documents:

PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Ration Card, Birth Certificate, Parent’s Aadhaar Card, School Certificate showing parent’s name. (Any 3-4 out of these documents will work)

Here is how you can apply to change name :-

• Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment/Update Center .
• Fill out the Aadhaar Update Form .
• Submit supporting documents.
• Provide biometrics for verification.
• Pay a fee (Rs. 50).
• Get an acknowledgment receipt with an Update Request Number (URN) to track status.
