If you want to take admission in B.Tech in NCR you can apply for below exams

JEE Main
JEE Advanced
IPU CET

Below are the exams which takes admission through JEE Main but you need to apply separately for the application form in order to take admission

DTU
NSIT
IIIT
Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University For Women

Last year result will not be valid to take admssion in this year. If you want to take admission then you have to re-appear for the exam.
If you are interested in persuing B.tech then why you have not taken admission in last year?
