I want to ask if someone get admission in Nit if he get 80 percent in 12th board but he is private student . please reply

Hello Aspirant,

See percentage of class 12th is merely an eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE-Main and without appearing in JEE-Main you are not eligible for admission in B.Tech. courses in NITs. Whether you are private student or regular student you must have passed your class 12th from recognized central/state board and should have secured minimum 75% marks with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects.

Note that JEE-Main is compulsory to be eligible for admission to B.Tech. courses offered by NITs.
