Hello aspirant,
Yes ,you can easily get seat in zoram medical college ,there is no any kinda reservation system for students who belong to outside the assam!
All you need to crack is neet exam ,without acquiring required marks you wont be able to get admission. Once you have cleared you Will undergo through admission process which is quite easy,if you are carrying all the required documents.
